She will run for president-elect of the region in December. Until then, she is busy visiting other mid-Atlantic and New England states in her region to learn more about how ag education is developing and growing in other areas.\u003C\u002Fp>\r\n\u003Cp>&ldquo;It has been very fulfilling to serve in this role,&rdquo; Pontius said. By the end of summer she will have been in eight states. Her first visit is to Vermont.
