Before joining Versant Strategies, Dr. MeeCee Baker, partner and chief operating officer, spent more than twenty years behind a teacher’s desk at secondary and post-secondary institutions. 

She served as a faculty member at Penn State and was the first woman elected as president of the National Association of Agricultural Educators. Later, Baker was appointed to the executive office of the PA Department of Agriculture where she was charged with educational outreach. 

Dr. Baker is known across the Commonwealth as an often published author and frequently requested speaker. Further, she is the owner of a cow calf operation located in Central Pennsylvania.  MeeCee’s networking skills allow her to efficiently and effectively move client messages and advocate on their behalf.
